If you have a retail background and an analytical bent, you possess the foundational characteristics of our Retail Analytics Specialist. You will work with a dynamic team in the creation of beautiful and useful technology in the area of retail analytics. Our team will complement your retail expertise with the technology background to bring new products to market to help retailers achieve greater business results.

What you need to bring to the job
- A deep understanding of the numbers, the technology, and the strategy of a retailer
- Understanding and experience in implementing and/or driving retail strategy initiatives in these areas (knowledge of all, experience in some):
- Inventory productivity
- Inventory planning
- Merchandising
- Buying
- Pricing
- Allocating
- Vendor management
- Store operations
- Strategic thinking coupled with an analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail orientation and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
- 7-12 years retail experience, preferably HQ or significant store operations experience with knowledge of merchandising
