QuantiSense Reports Record Revenues in 2008

The new hires follow a record year for QuantiSense, which added five new customers in 2008 including two in the fourth quarter. The company has made significant year-over-year revenue gains and has reported record revenue.

2008 also marked QuantiSense’s expansion from the specialty retail market into several other retail verticals such as department store, superstore, and pure-play online retail. The company welcomed some of the largest retailers in the world as new customers, including:

  • Reitmans
  • Burlington Coat Factory
  • Meijer
  • Men’s Wearhouse

Additionally, existing customers continued to invest in their QuantiSense implementations throughout 2008. For example, Casual Male Retail Group completed an enterprise expansion and collaborated with QuantiSense Professional Services on its “Business Intelligence Revolution” involving the company’s new Developing Your Playbook practice.

QuantiSense also had a strong presence in RIS News’ 2008 Software LeaderBoard, in which RIS called QuantiSense one of 12 retail technology “Companies to Watch.” Thanks in large part to positive customer advocacy, QuantiSense placed in 15 breakout categories including every breakout category for Tier One retailers.

“QuantiSense is excited about the depth and breadth of experience that Alan, David and Troy bring to our company, and we are grateful to our customers for making 2008 the best year yet for QuantiSense,” said Jeff Buck, CEO, QuantiSense. “Retailers are now looking for solutions that can be implemented quickly and affordably and that provide an immediate ROI – and that’s exactly what QuantiSense delivers. With our new team members, QuantiSense can continue our rapid growth and help retailers gain a competitive advantage by making better business decisions every day.”
