How Does It Work?
The Q Quick Upgrade process merges the latest version of the QuantiSense solution into a copy of the retailer’s existing QuantiSense project. In less than a month, the upgrade brings your data model up to the latest version of the QuantiSense data model, which means users can leverage the most current QuantiSense functionality, including Retail Scorebooks™ and Retail Playbooks.™
Q Quick Upgrades involves a 3-step approach: pre-upgrade analysis, the upgrade and then deployment.
Pre-Upgrade Analysis: We perform a pre-upgrade analysis that confirms your baseline and identifies all BI view modifications required as part of the actual upgrade. Our Implementation Consultant then reviews the customer readiness checklist with the team and discusses any concerns or obstacles. The upgrade test environment is also set up during this stage.
Upgrade: During this step, QuantiSense uses automated tools to upgrade all schema objects, application objects and automate scripts across the QuantiSense solution. With minimal customer involvement required, our project team will upgrade, test and validate your application using automated tool verification reports and best in class processes.
Deployment: We validate and test throughout the upgrade process. Then your team performs user acceptance testing for the upgrade, with QuantiSense experts on standby to address any questions or issues that arise. Finally, QuantiSense will plan, document and support the deployment of the upgraded solution as a collaborative effort.
